The by-laws that owners and tenants must follow can relate to anything from alterations to animals and includes a copy of the Garage Exclusive Parking sketch. Also is included a copy of Lot 3 Exclusive Use area.  Our House Rules have been approved by the Body Corporate Committee and are to be monitored by the Manager on behalf of the Body Corporate Committee.
